At Archic Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and secure it in its original box with all hardware and protective padding included.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
