RMA number required, all items must be received by us in original, re-sellable condition and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement parts for items received defective will be provided free of charge but the freight for large parts will be the responsiblity of the customer. Replacement parts for any other reason such as freight damage must be purchased if available or an entirely new product may need to be ordered.
